Our Casa Infinito vacation rental home offers a unique vacation experience in Costa Rica to a select few. Hidden on the hills of Playa Hermosa, surrounded by primary rainforest is this modern architectural gem. The house receives its name from the effect of the long and curved pool which edge blends with the horizon.

Located within the exclusive gated community of Valle Perdido (Lost Valley) which has 24 hour security, fully paved streets and green areas. This three-level house is well built and supported on a ridge overlooking a green valley with a creek running at the bottom. The Pacific Ocean majestically dominates the horizon behind the hills and the sunsets are spectacular. The design of the property takes advantage of this since all rooms and living area have amazing views. Here the temperature is noticeably cooler than at beach level.

The entry is through the main living level where you are welcomed by a great room with beautiful slate rock flooring that holds the living area, kitchen and dining table. The room is closed off by tall sliding glass doors with screens that let you enjoy the panoramic view of the infinity pool, rainforest and ocean.

The kitchen has granite countertops and a breakfast bar with high chairs. The high end stainless steel appliances include a large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and a professional grade gas stove and oven. The dining table seats 8 guests around a tempered glass top. The living area has a large plush sofa and a home theater system including a 50 inch LCD TV, DVD, a large DVD movie collection a Denon music system and in-ceiling speakers inside and outside on the terrace.

The outdoor area is comprised of a long terrrace with table and chairs, a hammock and a stainless steel gas grill. A small green area has comfortable pool lounge chairs.

The bedrooms are split between the 3 levels of the house. The Master Bedroom is on the top level, accessed through a stairway from the main level. The Master bedroom has a King bed and flatscreen TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom with two sinks. The shower has large window with a view of the mountain rainforest. The bedroom opens up through large glass sliding doors to a large terrace with planters. The second and third bedrooms (Queen beds) are on the main level. They share a bathroom with two sinks. Both have closets and amazing views.

The fourth bedroom is on the third level of the house, accessed by both indoor and outdoor stairs. It has its own bathroom with shower. The two twin beds can be easily converted to a comfortable King bed by using a special wedge to avoid the gap between the two mattresses. This bedroom has three large glass sliding doors and is closer to the lush vegetation which gives it a special warmth.

Casa Infinito is not recommended for toddlers, some ledges do not have adequate protection for them.
