The downstairs floor is composed of a living area, kitchen, laundry room, a covered terrace with table for four and two bedrooms with bathrooms. Each bedroom has comfortable and beautifully woodcrafted Queen beds with headboards, large closets, black-out drapes and wooden blinds. All floors are fully tiled and ceilings are 9' high.

The upstairs floor also has a large living area with very comfortable micro-fiber reclining couches that can sit at least 8 and a large 42 inch flat panel TV. Both kitchens have a granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed and ample ensuite bathroom with jetted bathtub, as well as indoor and outdoor showers. The second bedroom has a Double (Full) size futon bed and ensuite bathroom.

The large community pool and Hermosa beach access is only 100 meters away.

Two cars may park on the driveway and two more on the street in front of the house.
