This deluxe condominium is perfectly situated for easy walking access to all of Los Suenos Resort’s amenities: Beach club with expansive pool and white sand beach area, Marina Village Commercial center, Golf Course, Marina, 12 Restaurants and Casino.

The Veranda buildings feature tropical Spanish architectural design and outdoor amenities that include Six (6) swimming pools with Jacuzzis and barbeque areas, an air-conditioned gym, lush landscaping, a 24-hour guard-gated entry and covered parking. Veranda is located on the first hole of the renowned Los Suenos La Iguana golf course, an 18 hole, 72 par championship course designed by Ted Robinson.

This unit offers 700 sf of interior living space and a covered terrace from which to enjoy the rainforest view. Inside you will find upscale tropical island-inspired interiors with ceramic tile flooring and countertops, wooden cabinetry, dual paned windows, central air conditioning and broadband internet.

The Marriott Los Suenos Hotel provides Room Service. Restaurants at Los Suenos within walking distance include New Latino, Seafood, Italian, Asian, and American. More restaurants and shopping options are found a short drive away at the Herradura Plaza, Herradura beach and in Jaco.

The delicatessen at the Marina Village and the supermarket (Auto Mercado) is a 5 minute drive or a phone call away for delivery service. Golf-cart and car rentals are available nearby. A free shuttle service to the Marina and the Marriott hotel runs every half hour from 7am until 12am.
