La Flor (The Flower) is an upscale small beachfront single family home community on the quiet north side of Jaco beach. Only a 3 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops yet far away from the traffic. It is gated and has 24 hour security.

La Flor de la Colina (The Flower of the Hill) is the 3rd house from the beautiful beachfront pool and club with waterfalls and whirlpool. Enjoy high speed internet WiFi. It is lavishly decorated with elegant wooden furniture and features an interior heated jacuzzi in a room adjacent to the living area. The living room ceiling is 7 meters (21 feet) high and part of the interior walls have a natural rock facing.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and have balconies. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom and closet, as well as its own TV and DVD. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Both have closets and lead out to a large oceanview terrace through sliding doors. The terrace upstairs has two lounge chairs.
