The house is fully air conditioned and tiled and has three covered terraces to fully enjoy outdoor living. Casa McDermott's Spanish desert style contrast with its bright green surroundings. Terracotta colors are accented with clay tiles, wood framing, thick wood posts, an antique entrance door and interior brick walls. The foyer floor adds an artistic touch with decorative tiles.

The living area has comfortable microfiber sofas and reclining chairs, TV and DVD player, wireless internet, as well as a stereo. The spacious kitchen has a large stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and a granite breakfast counter for 4. The wood and glass dining table is large enough for 6.

The bedrooms are all on the second floor. The Master bedroom has a masterfully carved, thick wooden King size bed, blackout curtains, TV and ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors open up to a large terrace with a light weight round table with six chairs and ceiling fan, ideal for breakfast or dinner outside.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, also wonderfully wood crafted, as well as blackout curtains and large closet. The room also open to the same terrace. The third bedroom has two Full size beds and a large closet with a large digital safe, and shares the bathroom with the second bedroom.

Other sitting areas include a covered roof top terrace with ocean view and the entrance terrace with a breezy ceiling fan and a charcoal grill. There is a storage room for surfboards and an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. The covered carport is large enough for two cars.
