two chairs (the sun umbrella has been permanently removed for safety issues).

table and plush living area seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped, including porcelain dishware for indoor use & melamine/acrylic/plastic for outdoor balcony use, as well as a breakfast bar with three stools.
The bedrooms are individually air conditioned and all have large modern closets. The Master has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with combination shower/tub. The second and third bedrooms have 2 Twin beds each and share a full bathroom.
Kids will love the expansive pool with shallow end, sprinkled with lush tropical greenery; while their parents will delight while watching them inside the in-pool Jacuzzis. Teenagers and all young at heart will love the pool side beach volleyball court and
the large number of pool lounge chairs. The littlest ones will not want to leave the children’s playground in the form of a seafaring boat. Wi-Fi access is available inside the apartment and at the pool area.
The beach is a mere 5 minute easy walk from the condos. The nearest restaurants are around the corner and the majority is within a 10 minute walk to downtown.
Controlled street gate access and plenty of unassigned off-street free parking provides peace of mind. Complex & unit are wheel chair accessible; however there are no hand railings in bathrooms.
