The Del Mar Residences feature tropical Spanish architectural design and outdoor amenities that include two large free-form swimming pools with in-ground Jacuzzis and barbeque areas, an air-conditioned gym and lush landscaping. The living area has comfortable and plush couches and a TV. The hardwood dining table for four is complemented by a large breakfast counter with four high chairs. The kitchen is well appointed, including a large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.

All bedrooms are close to each other and all have black-out curtains and closets. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed.

A nice thing about this condo is the terrace with table and chairs that overlooks the private yard and common gardens.

One can easily walk along a path to the Marriott Hotel and spa or to all of the resort's amenities: marina, shopping, beach club and restaurants including New Latino, Seafood, Italian, Asian and US cuisines. See Los Sueños Resort's website.

Room service is provided by the Marriott Hotel. The nearby supermarket (Auto Mercado) is only a 5 minute drive away or a phone call away for delivery service and there is a delicatessen at the Marina Village.

Other restaurants and shopping options are found a short drive away at the Herradura Plaza, on Herradura beach and in Jaco.

There is a 24-hour guard-gated entry and covered parking. Golf-cart and car rentals are available nearby.
