Casa Exotica vacation rental was created with a sense of beauty, both on the inside and outside, resulting in first-class accommodations.
The location itself is remarkable. Halfway between Jaco (25 minutes) and Manuel Antonio (30), Casa Exotica at Del Pacifico community in Esterillos, Costa Rica is an ideal base to easily explore all that the Central Pacific offers. Being on a hilltop just
2 km from the beach (5 minutes), the house receives cool breezes and enjoys cooler temperatures than at the beach.
Outside, a private pool with lounge chairs offers relaxation and an amazing ocean view.
Relax in the double hammock under the large palapa (thatched roof gazebo), or play ping-pong on our handmade cedar ping pong table. After a fun filled day, gather everyone for a game of volleyball on the field below (shared with Villa Oceana next door).
A domed stairwell leads you to an open-air terrace on the roof with wet bar, bathroom and shower, whirlpool for 5, and stunning 360-degree views of the rainforest and the Pacific Ocean.
The interior is a case study of elegance and style. Decorated in an elegant Moroccan style, it features rich black teak floors and furniture and accessories with turquoise accents, bathing you in comfort and luxury.
In the upstairs Grand Master Suite you will find a Moroccan King bed with a canopy and side tables. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and shower, 2 sinks, walk-in closet, guest safe, hair dryer and a radio. The suite also features a south balcony and
a large north terrace with unobstructed panoramic views.
In the downstairs guest suite you will find a large Costa Rican teak King bed with bedside tables, a Jacuzzi tub and shower, two sinks, walk-in closet and a ground-level balcony.
The kid’s bedroom includes 2 Double beds. The bathroom features a large tub and shower and 2 sinks.
The spacious main-floor fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, double sink, refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water, ceramic cook top, center island with stools and miscellaneous basic condiments.
The dining room is decorated with a beautiful Costa Rican teak table with seating for up to 10, turquoise buffet, candles and place mats. The living room amenities include a satellite TV within an armoire, DVD and CD players, books, games and puzzles. Rounding
out the living room amenities is a Moroccan ensemble containing 2 sofas (one that makes out into a twin bed), 2 lovely armchairs, pillows, coffee table, side table and a bookcase.
