Villa Oceana represents luxury at an excellent value in Costa Rica.
The location itself is remarkable. Villa Oceana vacation rental at Del Pacifico community in Esterillos is just a scenic 2 hour drive from the San Jose airport. Halfway between Jaco (25 minutes) and Manuel Antonio (30), it is an ideal base to easily explore
all that the Central Pacific offers. Being on a hilltop just 2 km from the beach (5 minutes), the house receives cool breezes and enjoys cooler temperatures than at the beach.
Villa Oceana has rooftop terraces with hammocks that enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the rainforest and Pacific Ocean or watch the star filled sky. The north terrace also has a wet bar, sink, bathroom, sofa and armchair and coffee table.
At garden level, the pool & whirlpool are next to a thatched roof gazebo with a beautiful Moroccan table for eating or playing and a hammock to take a nap. After a fun filled day, gather everyone for a game of volleyball on the field below (shared with Casa
Exotica next door).
Decorated with a mix of colorful Provence and Moorish style, the 11-foot ceiling on the main floor adds a sense of grandeur, while the environment soothes and relaxes. Meanwhile, the terracotta and verdigris colors and custom made furnishings contribute
to the elegant and comfortable setting.
The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a center island and Moroccan stools, laundry room, dining room, living room and guest bath. The dining room features a custom made pine wood table with seating for 8, and a buffet. The adjoining
living room boasts an antique sofa, 2 armchairs, bench seat, coffee table and side table and amenities such as a TV, DVD and CD players, books, games and puzzles.
The grand master suite upstairs includes a comfortable king bed with side tables, desk and chair. The master bathroom features a jetted tub & shower, 2 sinks, walk-in closet, safe and hair dryer. In addition, the suite opens up to a south balcony and a north
terrace.
Two additional bedrooms upstairs contain 2 twin beds each, which can be made into king beds if needed, with side tables and armoires. These bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower, with 2 sinks. The bedrooms open up to balconies.
The downstairs guest suite includes a queen bed with side tables, bathroom with jetted tub & shower, 2 sinks, hair dryer, walk-in closet and safe. It opens up to a ground-level balcony.
An adjacent guesthouse offers a double bed on a second level reached by spiral stairs. The first level has a kitchen with dining table, a full bathroom and a twin day bed.
